HECHOS:
El 4 de diciembre de 2020, a las 14:30 horas, se registraron precipitaciones pluviales acompañadas de granizadas, que produjo la inundación y daño a infraestructura de viviendas, en el distrito de Huayllay, provincia de Pasco
